No printing, no scanning, no trip to the office. Sign electronically and we file.

Send us your documents

Upload your W-2s, 1099s, receipts, and anything else we’ve asked for. A clear photo from your phone is fine.

Pay your invoice

Pay online, on your own time, without writing a check or stopping by.

Get your tax return

When your return is finished we post a copy to your portal and email you to let you know it’s there. It stays in your account — so when a lender asks for last year’s return in August, it’s one sign-in away.

Getting set up

Call or email the office and we’ll create your account. Your email address is your username. We’ll send your sign-in details separately, along with instructions for getting started.

Your security is important to us. That’s why we use NextDME, our secure client portal developed and maintained by our in-house IT specialist. If something isn’t working, call (916) 971-9315 and you’ll be talking to the people who run it.

Keeping your account secure

A few things worth knowing:

• We will never ask you for your password — not by phone, not by email, not in person.
• If you get a message that looks like it’s from us and asks you to sign in through a link you weren’t expecting, don’t. Call us at (916) 971-9315 and we’ll tell you whether it came from here.
